This phenomenological study on far food began with studying conditions of import situations in Qatar. Research showed that lack of self-sustainability have led us to learn new food cultures in the contemporary context. In addition, multicultural environments with open connectivities influence each other and create a new, hybridized, and idiosyncratic food culture.
